Return and withdrawal policy

Your right to withdraw (14 days). If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day after you receive your order. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start the day after you receive the last one.

How to withdraw. Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw, either through our return portal at drydry.montareturns.com or by email to order@drydrystore.com. Include your name and order number. You can use the form below, but you do not have to. We will confirm by email that we have received your withdrawal.

Sending the goods back. Send the products back within 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. Our return portal gives you a return label and instructions. We cover the cost of that label.

Opened products. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that you have unsealed after delivery (for example a used roll-on, dab-on or spray) cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned. We may reduce the refund if a returned product has lost value because it was handled more than needed to check what it is like.

Refund. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days after we learn about your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the goods, or until you show that you sent them back, whichever comes first. We refund to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. If you chose a more expensive delivery than our standard option, we do not refund the extra cost. Your bank or card company may need some time to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or wrong products. Your legal rights for faulty goods are not affected. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact order@drydrystore.com straight away if something is wrong, with a photo if you can, so we can make it right.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different product is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Gift cards. Gift cards cannot be returned once delivered.
