This policy explains how Lexima AB handles personal data when you visit or buy from www.drydrystore.com (the "Site").

Who is responsible

The controller is Lexima AB, company registration number 556826-9301, Kungsbro strand 19, 112 26 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: order@drydrystore.com.

What we collect

Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, the products you order, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us.

Device information: IP address, browser type, time zone, pages viewed, referring site and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies, log files and pixels.

Communication: messages you send us and, if you sign up, your email address for marketing.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To process and deliver your order, handle payments, returns and refunds, and provide invoices (performance of a contract).
To meet accounting, tax and consumer-law obligations (legal obligation).
To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure and working (legitimate interest).
To understand how the Site is used and to measure and improve our marketing (consent, where cookies or similar technologies are used).
To send you marketing emails (consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link).

Who we share it with

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, such as Shopify (online store and checkout), payment providers, shipping carriers, our returns portal provider (Monta), our email marketing provider, and analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta. We also share data when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States and Canada. Where this happens we rely on safeguards required by law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies for the Site to work, for analytics and for marketing. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice later. You can also opt out of targeted advertising at Facebook, Google and optout.aboutads.info, and out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not change our practices when we receive a Do Not Track signal.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle returns and claims, and for the period required by accounting law (in Sweden, seven years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent. Other data is kept only as long as needed for its purpose.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to order@drydrystore.com to use these rights. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, www.imy.se) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
