Frequently Asked Questions
How is DryDry different from a regular deodorant?
Deodorant only masks odor. DryDry is a clinical-strength antiperspirant — its active ingredient, aluminium chloride, temporarily blocks the sweat glands themselves. That's why one application keeps working for up to 7 days, instead of needing to reapply every morning.
Will DryDry irritate my skin?
DryDry is fragrance-free and contains no dyes or preservatives. It's designed to be applied to clean, completely dry skin at night — moisture or freshly shaved skin is the most common cause of mild tingling on first use. If your skin is particularly sensitive, try a small test area first, and always apply to unbroken skin only.
Is the aluminium chloride in DryDry safe?
Yes. Independent research has consistently shown that the aluminium the body absorbs through antiperspirant use is a small fraction of what we take in daily through food and drinking water. DryDry has been sold across Europe for over 20 years, with more than 10 million units sold.
How long until I see results, and do I need to use it every day?
Most people notice a difference from the very first application. When starting out, apply on two consecutive nights for the best effect — after that, once a week (or as needed) is usually enough to stay dry, since each application lasts up to 7 days.
What if DryDry doesn't work for me?
The most common reason DryDry doesn't work as expected is applying it at the wrong time — it needs several hours on completely dry, resting skin, so night-time application is essential (see our How to Use guide above).
